If a red rose grows and no one knows does the red rose grow at all?
The bees that buzz must know because upon the rose, they crawl
and the breeze that blows, perhaps he knows and so he whispers it
to the grass and leaves on which he breathes and little birds that twit.

And the birds that twit, they twitter it to the bright sun in the sky
and the bright sun beams so much he seems to smile at you and I
and when he smiles, life seems worthwhile, and although no one knows
within our hearts there, blooming, starts a beautiful red rose.
