QN 4 2DAY
I found her today
torn apart brutally
disembowelled, disavowed, disillusioned
Clinging to the kerb
with all enthusiasm
on a slide to the gutter
In a deserted street
smile still etched upon her face
although she simply waits
Shouldering the weight
of the nation's abject hopes
and blind anticipations
Disintergrating
all signs of her
purple reign
I thought to myself
WWJD?
and performed a rescue
A royal pardoned
she is still after all
my QN 4 2DAY
And worth holding onto
for at least monetary if
not sentimental value.
