Keep Calm And Carry On

Keep calm and carry on
regardless, you Sergeant Wilsons:
We celebrate the little, little man,
poke fun at ourselves,
and them,
the funny way they speak
their Sunday on a different day of the week.
Keep calm and carry on
believing our betters know best,
we nominate the greedy, greedy men;
help them help their-selves
and theirs:
the endless double, treble-speak
their canting at the helpless, othered weak.
Keep calm and carry on
believing, bastards of St George.
We celebrate our ragged, ragged flag,
stand up for ourselves
-not them-
but us,
for whom no brothers, others speak,
our ranting turns the future hopeless, bleak.
