I turn my fear into a fearsome axe
As I walk through the city streets,
Knowing that crude fear can only defeat me.
I hold my axe by the handle, prepared to swing defiant bravery through the ghostly night
At any aligator who drives by, asking
"Where're you going, pretty eyes?"
