Once a man invented a car with four steering wheels; one steering wheel for himself, one for his wife, one for his son and one for his daughter because he thought everyone in his family should share control of the car.
But then, because every person in the car wanted to go a different way, the car went left and then it went right; it went backwards and then it went forwards; it went round in circles clockwise and then anti-clockwise until finally, it skidded off the road altogether into a thankfully shallow pond.
After that the man went back to driving in an automobile with only one steering wheel and never had anymore accidents.
Moral: Every team needs a leader or else there is chaos
