Tough 3

I've been reading the Bible lately. It's a really hard book to read. Not easy at all. But when Moses knocked out that Egyptian, it really hit me hard. I really did not know that he had killed him. I asked my mother and she told me that it was so. Moses must have had an incredible punch. Moses' anger is superhuman. It is divine anger. I really like that. It's really something.
Someone's knocking on my door:
-Who is it?
-Angela.
-How'd you get here?
-I live 3 doors away.
I had no idea. I open the door.
Angela's wondering why I didn't come to school. I tell her I have a cold. Actually, I'm hung over.
There comes grandma:
-No girl in house. You too young to have girl in house. You bad boy.
-It's ok. It's Angela.
-Who Angela?
My grandma comes out of her room and looks at Angela with her eyes.
-She funny girl. Why she here?
-She was worried because I did not go to school today.
Angela looks at my grandma and then extends her hand. My grandma turns the opposite way and goes back toward her room.
Angela turns to me and says:
- You don't sound like you have a cold.
I tried to cough as many times as possible in as many ways. She begins to giggle.
Angela begins to chase me around and they are giggling and then I pin her to the ground. This strange feeling comes into me. I just won't let her go. I see her face and body and I'm breathing heavily over her and I can't hear a thing.
-Please let me go. (I hear. and I let her go.)
-It felt like you wanted to hurt me.
Slowly, the feeling leaves my body.
-I'm sorry.
-You smell like alcohol. You shouldn't drink. My father drinks.
-I don't have a father. He was yelling at my mother one night and then he just drove off. Never came back.
