Pet Hate.

I have a pet hate, last year I bought something and it was at it’s worst! Because of this ‘thing,’ I ruined the pack of face cloths! Really, I should have taken them back to the shop, but as it was in the sale, I didn’t bother. When I’d finished, some were ruined with rugged holes in, I was not happy!

Yesterday I bought three packs of underwear, when I buy underwear, I always buy them in packs of twos or threes and make sure they are secured so that I am sure they have not been tried on, I decided to wash him today before using them as they are not inside a pack, but on a little hanger.

The underwear is by Vince Camuto, never heard of him before, but the reduced price was just right, so I bought three packs of three.

I noticed it had ‘them,’ on so I got the scissors and I went on and on, and on and on, I couldn’t believe it, there were SO many of ‘them,’ it took to do it properly fifteen minutes to remove! To be fair to him, I got the impression that his Clients must have worried about the same thing I had, that people, may try to put them on, over their clothing of course.

So, on one pack there was NINE lots, nine, to me that is a record! I removed them with care, as I’d remembered the face cloths that were ruined, I knew it would be worth it, and it was.

So, what is the bane of my life? Barb! Yes, barb, most packs of socks have them embedded deep at both ends! You need a steady hand and lots of patients, to hold it apart slightly from the clothing and cut it away from the material and making sure you get it all out from the other end too.
