No-fault Divorce?

'No-fault' divorce can sound so kind,
no long legal hassle, nor wearisome grind –
but how many during that process find
they come to regret, have a change of mind,
for no earthly partners are a perfect match,
there’ll always by arguments whoever you ‘catch’,
and need to kiss, and quarrels patch,
but if one can so easily walk away
and sever for ever the vows we say,
without any time to think, try again,
the other partner, and children then
may grieve and suffer – with a lesser claim
than a tenant with a 'no-fault eviction',
            what a shame.
