You know me. You know why I came here crying
like others came before me through their deserts and forests.
How long have I been crying without speaking how do
I get out of this uncharted night bepopulate with strangers.
In what lost and found dump amid remnants of rainbows
shall I find the kindness that fled from my heart.
You know me. You know my dread not that I
am going to die but that I will die crying.

I don't know why this is comforting when it is also bleak but it is. I really like it.
