This film is bad but I’m going to keep watching.
People have been through much worse than this
My friend is in hospital she had to call the ambulance herself
and I can’t stop thinking how that would feel,
And when she phoned me to tell me how she was all she could talk about
was the paramedic who came to her house.
he’d had a stroke when he was 31
and this was his first week back at work
after being away for eighteen months.
Is there a backstory you are given as a paramedic
That matches the condition of the person who needs help?
Keep calm and rejoice in my story of recovery.
You are breathing normally now without me needing to say
Breathe normally.
They will need to do some tests.
Let’s walk out to the ambulance
the hospital is full of people neither of us have met yet.
It won’t be long until you’re back here
watching a film you don’t enjoy.

Coincidence that the
Coincidence that the ambulance attendant had a similar event? perhaps - but it does make one wonder about the synchronicities in life. And yes, I agree even a bad movie will be appreciated when one leaves a hospital...just glad to be alive.
