BSc- Booze Sex and Cigarettes! Can you blow circles one inside the other? And smoke out the mouth into the nose or put the cigarettes out on your tongue? Play chicken with a burning cigarette's coal I always won so I never played.

Once my car took fire from all the matches on the floor and couldn't pull of the highway hell that was a close one. I'm clean of tobacco about six years plus, try and try again, worth it but a bastard. God will help you. Took some tries though well worth while I think I must write an Abc story about it.

Congrats Tom*...... And a good reason to quite... Honestly, I'm struggeling with a nicotine addiction myself (snus) sourced from Sweden, from a colleague of mine. I lie to myself i.e. I can live with out it, I dont need it, no big deal, bla, bla, bla, all the denial stuff. But when it's around I gotta have one.... Somtimes I feel like a junkie. Ya Tom... Honestly; I dont relate... BUT.. I understand. I had=ex girl friend exactly like that. (I had a flash back on what you wrote there) Booze, sex, cig's, +++.. (what you discribed).. Biker chick. She crashed her bike, was on crutches for about 6 mos, cleaned up, sobered-up, quit the cig's (she said kicking the nicotine habit was the hardest). Now she goes to the gym (allot) and she's a Kindergarten teacher....  If you gotta life turn around tale, a come back story... ya its worth tell'n. We all like a come back story in one way or another. Cheers Kris

Thanks for the encouragement! I do feel the story is worth telling I will post a story I didn't really intend to.

There are some support groups for nicotine addicts on the internet it won't do harm. In my experience very often, usually (successful) attempts are claimed to be because and with aid of some personal idea of God, in effect, God.

Patches, gum, sprays looks to me like just a waste of money Ziban too probably. Most people that do quit quit cold turkey. I've tried many times that is a good thing. 11 months, 7 months times two and a number of times a week or two. Best stay away from alcohol.

I hear the new thing is vaping, supposed to be safer. I don't know about that- nicotine is Very poisonous I think it's very dangerous. Is it expensive? And that chewing tobacco is horrible, vile.

Let's hope it's not 9 babies! Imagine having to feed all those screaming mouths plus two adults, and all the other stuff to buy yes good luck! Very brave of you must say. Was it planned? And I like those biker chicks also they are very nice girls for friends too.

You know what I smoked a lot hey, ask Anybody who knew me they'll say I easily smoked more than anyone else they knew (of). By the way you don't sneeze from tobacco smoke. You Cough and Cough and Cough. Maybe second-hand smoke can make you sneeze if you're allergic.

It's a far better life without nicotine, by the grace of God!
