Putin should be exiled to Pluto in my opinion, because then he will have little prospect of returning, like Napoleon from St Helena to reawaken France and lead her to fight, And lose her poor Grand Army at the Battle of Waterloo! After all we don’t want Putin coming back to have another go at Ukraine or being tempted to finally press the nuclear buttons.
He will be lonely as all the other world leaders will be avoiding him from now on and he will get cold shouldered from all but the closest or most needy allies! :- Such as lonely Lukashenko in Belarus, or Xi Jinping in China, who is also doing a great job of gradually turning himself into Democracy’s nemesis number two, and probably needs friends at the moment.

We thought Joseph Stalin was dead and buried, but he is doing it to the Ukraine again using his apostle Tzar Putin!

Sorry I just realised, Napoleon returned from Elba to reawaken France before Waterloo! St. Helena was the island where he was sent under House Arrest to live out the rest of his years, after Waterloo. Unfortunately for megalomaniacs there are always enemies who want nothing better than to kill them! Someone spiked his wine over a long period with arsenic, until he was no more.
Perhaps that would be an appropriate way for the Clown Emperor of Greater Russia (and Pluto!) to go, if more immediate justice cannot be found! Perhaps even his Palace Guards might be able to work on that plan, without being caught? (Just an idea! Don’t blame me if it happens one day. He’s got one hell of a lot of enemies now!)
