Don’t Worry
good folks – it really
ain’t so bad
living on the street
(except for rain & snow)
someone said
an old lady like me
should be home
with her grandkids.
You don’t know
the hell I went
through - clear over
the mountain.
Our life was not
so good
had to farm out
the children
love magnified
for them out there
somewhere
hope they figure out
I still love them.

Very poignant. So much unsaid, unknown. May she find some help and peace, and desire it.
