With no makeup

Tied up greasy hair

And sweatpants

You see me at my ugliest 

And still say

I'm beautiful"

For me

You think I'm beautiful

When my eyes are purple

Baggy and bloodshot

From sleep deprivation

Or too much

When my eyes

And face are red from uncontrollable tears

There are new creases in my skin

From new worries

My voice is different

Cracked and hoarse

Or barely existent

From emotion

Or anxiety induced sickness

When you've seen the worst of me

The darkest

And deepest parts of me

The parts I hide from everyone else

That me and my therapist and you

Have had the unfortunate privilege to witness

You see me at my ugliest

And still say 

I'm beautiful
