Contemporary Political Remarks

        Here in Jackson County, Oregon, USA, there was recently a court case, if proceedings in this authoritarian county not given to intellectualization can be characterized as a proper court case, in which the authorities sought to proclaim me 'incapacitated,' essentially brain dead and give all my rights and decision-making authorities to my father Eric Lawlor Nelson. Although the law book requirement was strict and my very civilized and data processing presence in the court(the requirement is that the individual cannot receive and process data) belied the predictable result, the judge gave an unlimited guardianship to my father.

         I and millions of others have been engaged in great work in which we have challenged such tyranny, made great progress in the sciences, in the visual and liberal arts. We have constructed great skyscrapers, houses, factories, war planes, war ships, revolutionary physics-superior new cars and trucks etc. And now, much like the returning monarchies following the Napoleonic era, these crude tyrants want to legally and in every other way deface our work and try to convince their enslaved followers that it and we never existed at all.

          So what should the response be? I'm not quite sure. Under the observation and consent of the authorities of Jackson County Oregon, influenced by others, I have been repeatedly tortured, anally raped, held in solitary confinement without so much as a legal charge, and denied the resources needed to maintain proper mental and social health. While I was not so when the judge made this tyrannical and extreme ruling, I may be incapacitated in a sense now. And this is largely because I trusted them, in my case not having many options.

        But I would emphasize: do not trust these tyrannical pseudo-authorities. They are not legally nor democratically legitimate; and they are not legitimate in terms of knowledge and wisdom. Look at the wonders of the pandemic years they gave us; Do you think they've matured so much? I or one of my sons would have set that matter to humanitarian order rather quickly, while they fudged at it forever, only eventually, eventually getting it to some kind of solution and that with my indispensable help.
