Shadow Rider

Following her, long coattails
no prescient markers
to trace her sentient design
without a road map, sign posts
to pinpoint her final destination
merely a shadow rider
basking in the limelight
of a lovely, but fleeting, essence
Distance measured in space
not gauged by time
the sun dial hovers
her radiance eclipses
my internal clock ticks
her beauty fibrillates
The silk trim on her tweed coat
silver sheen from dainty slippers
a shiny beacon to follow
free-flowing, coiffed locks
blond strings stroked by the sun
billowy waves to ferry
sharing a graceful gait
borne with polished legs
a comely stride to shadow
Chasing the elusive form
back cover of a mysterious book
without a titular font
only the colorful texture
of a seamless beauty

Hello, some lovely language
Hello, some lovely language and just flows over you. Third stanza where the comma is felt hurried.Could you take 'her' out of slippers to keep the pace?
