Every moment in my mind
Suddenly is do or die
It's hit or miss
When you speak
I'll rejoice or lose my cool
Every second is another risk
of me losing control
My irrationality
Takes over my life
The slightest tipping of the scales
Will send me falling over

This poem is amazing. It's short, but those lines are all it needs to be. You can feel just the level of emotion to it, and as you talked about your mind/emotions, I felt as though I could relate immensely.
These lines, in particular:
"Every moment in my mind
Suddenly is do or die
It's hit or miss"
... make a great amount of sense to me. It's what I feel when it comes to my anxiety: everything becomes very dire, very serious.
Also, these two lines:
"Every second is another risk
of me losing control"
bring a sense of emergency, though with control. Even if others have not felt this way, the lines of this poem put them on the scale with you.
All in all, you did a great job, and the amount of emotion within this short poem is astounding.

Hi, adbates, this is a perfect picture of how it feels to be teetering on the edge of that emotional seesaw. The abyss waits, if you lose your grip. Liked it a lot.
