bobbing his head
wondering were
little kitten went
baby ducklin
he sees mr snake
asks him ' have you seen little kitten '
mr snake replies ' no sorry '
baby ducklin
carries on bobbing his head
flapping his tiny wings
as the sky is clear
the sun is shining bright
it is an amazing day
baby ducklin feels good
he sees mr rabbit
asks him ' have you seen little kitten '
mr rabbit replies ' no sorry I have not '
baby ducklin stops chirpin
as he runs over to mr and mrs mouse
he asks ' have you seen little kitten my friend '
mr and mrs mouse reply ' no sorry ducklin '
chirping no more
baby ducklin stops bobbing his head
not flapping wings no more
he sees mr seagull
baby ducklin asks ' have you seen little kitten '
mr seagull replies ' is he white and black '
baby ducklin says ' yes he is where is he '
mr seagull opens his mouth
grabs hold of baby ducklin
and flies up and over the long grass
putting his feet on the floor
his wings by his sides
he releases baby ducklin
baby ducklin runs straight over
to little kitten
all excited
though kitten not moving
baby ducklin sad now
nudging his head into little kitten
his eyes ready to release tears
as he holds the tears in
mr and mrs mouse
mr rabbit and mr snake appear
mr snake wraps himself around everyone
as if like a hug
no more games to play with his best friend
no cuddles on cold days and nights
no more time to spend with his best friend
baby ducklin moves little kittens tale
so he can lay next to little kitten
mr and mrs mouse
move little kittens tale
over baby ducklin and little kitten
while they hugg one last time
