As the crow flies

Throbbing in my skull
the blood stains the pavement,
ribs like spears
in my lungs,
heart stopped about 5 minutes
after my spine snapped,
knees splits
arms shattered
muscles ripped,
my nose stabbed
the old grey matter,
sending my body into spazzums
so that now i'm lying here,
after my short lived flight,
with eyes wide open
but my jaw glued shut,
I guess the building
was only 60 metres tall,
not far at all
as the crow flies.
