Moved on

we said we both had,
however still we were sad,
but time passed,
i know your not going to be my last,
but your still living in yesterday,
and are not ready to move on to today,
you say you can't let me go,
but you must you know,
otherwise you can't move on,
out of the days been and gone,
im not saying erase me,
but simple go back to how we used to be,
friends through thick and thin,
time for a new story to begin.
