The cold water hits his face
snapping everything
back into focus,
he raises his eyes
and glances in the glass,
the mirror on the wall,
And he doesn't see
what everyone else sees
when they look at him,
he see what he is inside,
black, poison,
and he sees the wings on his back
and the red tint of his eye,
he is a dark angel
sent from hades
to spread death,
but really the only one
he kills, is himself.

I like the first half very much - then it gets a bit melodramatic

New Andrew-Evans
I feel same as insertponceyfre
liked the beginning but sad ending
hoping white Angels wings of halos.
But everyones thoughts are different
I suppose I am a born romantic words.
So much happening in the world now.
