He's prone to exaggeration,
it's spreading like a contagion,
with steely determination,
through a sickly population,
or like a lover's silent elation,
during a vivid evocation,
of previous titillation,
and exhaustive fornication.
You can tell this flaw in his communication,
from his regular pupil dilation
and the almost direct correlation
with his quickened heart palpitations.
He can predict the reverberations,
consequences of his failed manipulations,
-his friends' thinly-veiled frustrations,
then the shocking revelations,
the all-round devastation,
his near-spoilt reputation,
next almost certain ostracization.
Yet he continues without hesitation.
Yup, he's hell-bent on defamation.

Has a strong impact, witty and acerbic. The word build works fantastically - powerful.
