I don’t believe in right.
My Mama always said
there was no such thing.

Only different shades
of grey, she said.

I love my Mama, but
she was wrong about
grey.

There are colours.

Sweet ones,
and raw ones.

There’s ones you probably
should never eat.

Ones that
go in order,
and ones that don’t.

There’s some that want
to sing, and others
that want the radio off.

But there’s no such thing
as the wrong colour.

Only mistakes, when you
put one
in not the best
place.
