06.48 Listening to the first Clash album. I fed the cats and then
write up my diary and then come on here and read whats new. I see the
forum has suffered a rash of troll posts. Do they think what they say
will actually matter?
Yesterday (18) I got my tickets to Reading at last. I messaged my ...
and also my niece to let them know. They arrived by registered post. I
took them home safe. Then I got the train just in time as it came into
the station as I was nearing the station. It was sunny today and the
train was hot.
I got into work and continued testing the app I have been testing all
week. I had a smoke and read an email from ... which was good. Later on
I did the tapes as I usually do. The weather seems changeable of late.
Some days its cold and grey and other days warm and sunny and its meant
to be summer right now. I rang ... at lunchtime, talked about Reading,
the flicks, what's happening at the weekend. Then I got my passport
photos done for my passport application I intend to sort out shortly. I
think I look too serious.
I spent the afternoon testing the app and doing stuff like the tapes.
Then I got the train home. I bought a replacement digicam and decided
to set it up on the laptop on the train and then took a couple of pics
just to test it out. It works and I didnt manage to break the
camera.
I got in, my wife went out, I bust another string on the acoustic so I
will have to get some new strings at the weekend. I went on line, read
the forum as I do from time to time. I sent some emails then I had tea
when my wife got back and we watched Big Brother. More arguments there.
Alex set Jade off at 90mph and then there was a lot of shouting with
Kate and Jonny.
I went back on the board for a bit, and also wrote some more stuff
which I emailed to ... They were out tonight at the flicks. I may go to
the flicks at the weekend.
I have another day booked off work which I may use. At leastways now I
can get my gear together and sort out a few bits and pieces.
Our cats like having their picture taken, especially the Longhair who
sits about and waits to be snapped. My wife used the digicam and we
have a close up of his face. Also I wrote a poem about cats which my
wife liked and then added two more verses to it. She said to me that
poetry must rhyme for time to time.
I am fed up of reading posts attacking my friends.
I will also have to get a new mower at the wekend as I blew up the old
one, clouds of smoke. The lawn is now half cut, half is long, and half
is short. I like being out in the sun at times seeing what's been going
on.
