Well it seems that war is on the verge of happening.
The most immediate impact here is that R doesn't travel abroad any
more. The company have put a ban on all international travel for the
foreseeable future.
That means he will be at home more, which is good, but I imagine he
will be pacing up and down making the house shake while he works from
home, which is bad.
I have taken to calling sister "Melon Belly". The baby should pop out
in just about a month. I think she has had enough now of being
fat.
I got a bit of baby practice in last weekend with Molly and Max. I got
two for the price of one. It surprised me how busy Molly wanted to be
the whole time. There was never any pause. She had to be active all her
waking moments. Absolutely no sitting quietly on the sofa or reading a
book. Babies don't do that.
I also noticed that she chewed a lot of things, books mainly, and
Sarah's trousers.
There were a couple of similarities between Molly and R actually. I
noticed they both have a liking for marmalade sandwiches. R also shares
the chewing of paper thing. R is also always busy, but at least he
doesn't shut his fingers in drawers or try to climb into the hot oven.
Not often anyway.
Big M may be coming to see me on Thursday.
This afternoon I am going to do some market research. ?15 for half an
hour's telling someone what I think about vegetables. Should be ok. I
like veggies. R doesn't. I like rice pudding. Molly didn't and neither
does R. They have a lot in common. Molly also did a big fart at one
point. Say no more.
The daffodils in our garden are really beautiful. I love them even more
because R grew them.
