‘Seth’

"Are Firey Times Ahead For FIFA Officials?" some headlines read. Others reported "Top FIFA Boss Denies Any Wrongdoings" But it would appear that even Seth will eventually have to explain his role in the latest corruption allegations. For many years the governing body of Football, referred to throughout the world as being ‘the beautiful game’, has been accused of mass corruption. Only recently has sufficient proof been suitably uncovered & substantiated clearly showing a solid base exists to support those allegations.

The depth & widespread prevalence of bribery & pecuniary advantage applied throughout Football’s governing body, especially in regards to the tournament selection process, has shocked everyone with an interest in the game. I am sure that the majority of those great players, who have passed, would be deeply saddened by what has today, become considered, acceptable backroom practice. Perhaps, as they look down each week upon this worlds beautiful game, they all share an ale with their local Innkeeper. What do you think?

Ah yes Seth, good, I’ve been expecting you

What say you Seth, in your self promotional pitch?

You’ve claimed no corruption exists in your world

But Seth; was it not the beautiful game, to which you referred?

For while you sold it to the press, I believe I saw you twitch

Oh No Father, I’ve never sinned nor told a lie

With my impeccable references, I’m sure you’ll see why

But rather, I paved all roads to here and deserve to be freed

But I’m sure you already knew {sigh} only a President’s suite will do

And as a test, why don’t you see, how well I can feather this nest

Father, what does it take to agree, I’ve never greased the palms of greed
