She says she does not love me
Yet I see love in her eyes.
I know the denial is a lie
'Cause she submits to me.
She is silent, often silent
and I long to hear what
rings in her mind
But when she flashes a smile
I go deaf
to the music of my own heart.
She says she does not love me
Yet she is in my arms
I know the denial is a lie
as long as she be with me.

Nice poem
Nice poem, the wording seems a lil off at times, but it could just be me. I especially enjoyed the second stanza.

I also like the second stanza. If you're looking for feedback, I'd suggest changing 'a lot silent' for 'often silent'
