Twenty or so years ago, in the country of Ian'Bine, where people have skin the colour of the snowy land they live in and eyes and hair the colour of the native mourning bird, with feathers as black as the jet of night, is where the infamous dictator Alar Fassak once lived. As with all mad dictators, he was superb at making others believe in his twisted ways and quickly overthrew the king and duchess of Ian'Bine with the help of his followers. Alar Fassak and his fallowers make up a dictator group known as The Common Man, which at this point in the past has already taken over all of Ian'Bine's neighbouring counties in the continent of Kashlat.
The Common man believe that no ones blood should be any more superior to anyone else and will ensure this by any means, as expressed by their words 'No blood shall be spilt except that of the pure and those who follow them'. The Conman Man means to exterminate all members of the royal and aristocratic families, which have ruled all over for as long as anyone can remember. But as Alar Fassak said in one of his great speeches he used to get into power 'Now is the time for change'.They also believe that no title should be awarded to the offspring of the previous owner of the title, meaning that no one should inherit a position just because their parent or descendant was. Another reason for the eradication of the royal and aristocratic families.
But as with all great dictators Alar Fassak greatly contradicted himself by leaving all his legacy and political power to his only child. About two years after his rise to power, Alar Fassak convinced the desert people of Arsh, known as the sand cats because of their surprising speed and slit, yellow eyes, to rebel against their pompous and greedy rulers. The sand cats of Arsh lived in abject poverty while their fat rulers dined in comfort on rich imported foods brought from the heavy taxes like glutenous gannets living in luxury, completely ignorant of the outside world.
