Don't Think I Do (poetry monthly)

I do not think I love you,
so much as dream of you the live long day
I, weary, worry - wonder
what you're doing... and there I go
thinking, dreaming of you all day long again
with little flutters - flusters
of blustering clusters of pleasure at a
mention of your name,
and niggling tummy pains whenever you 4get 2
msg m, but that doesn't mean
a thing - does it? Doesn't mean you don't.
Doesn't mean I do, it's just that I can't stop
myself from wanting; visualizing us two
walking in the sun, the wind and rain,
hand in hand
along the sand,
hand in hand
in a bar, a coffee shop,
the bank, etc. etc. etc.
while all the time I either feel like crying, or laughing
like a twit; that's all it is, it doesn't mean I love you,
does it?
I'm probably just clearing a out blockage, or something
troublesome like that;
suffering from piles? And that's a grimace, not a smile.
The fact that you are ever on my mind, and you forever
bring such pleasure to me, and pain that batters my heart,
means nothing,
I think you'll find -
certainly, it doesn't mean I love you,
I don't think that I do. But what I do is think of you
in all I do do,
and wonder if you do do too.
It's such a drain,
but I definitely, positively, emphatically, seriously
do not love you.
Suffering this thing is just my way of passing time,
I think you'll find.
Hope you're feeling fine,
and by the way
Love you,
Bee xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ps.
or do I?

It's a strange thing that
It's a strange thing that feeling of love. I like the way you express the maybe, or maybe not in this poem.
Love can be seen as so many things:- dangerous, scary, lustful, that uncertainty of how sure we are of our feelings, but putting our trust in that other person.
Your poem left me with many thoughts Bee. Good read.

I love the obvious joy with which you play with language Bee! (not sure that's grammatically correct)
