I was confused then I'll hasten to say

What exactly she was trying to convey

Did she want me to dance

Who knows ,maybe romance

Or just a smile at the wedding buffet.

lol - I liked this. I'm not always certain about all the signals and what they might mean - "are they staring at me because they like me or do I have food on my face or something?"
