breaking hearts and whatever else
he can find.
The incinerator,
bellowing invisible smoke
and death.
The suicide-bomber,
filled with rage and hatred
for his father.
The aged,
too far gone to ask for help
to die.
The child,
sure that he must save the planet
for his children.
The lunatic,
bleating words of love
to the deaf.
The addict,
found dead with hands clasped
in prayer.
