Adam looked down at the ground far below and quickly began to feel nautious. He took a deep breath and sank back in his seat as he moved his gaze towards the front of the plane. He hated flying and would avoid it at all costs, but he didn't have much of a choice this time, seeing as how his new job was located in Italy. He had to be there by the end of the weekend so this was his only option. Adam began to day dream about his new life in Italy. It was beautiful. He would wake up in his luxurious new apartment and began getting ready for his new job. He would live only minutes away from his office, so he would be able to take a peacful stroll to work every morning. The birds would sing as he walked down the beautiful cobblestone street passing all of the local, cornerside shops. Shop keeps talking to him, and eventually becoming friendly faces he would look forward to seeing every morning. His fantasy was quickly interupted by the stewardess speaking over the intercom on the plane. "Everyone please fasten your seatbelts and prepare for take off. The forecast calls for clear skies all day, so this should be a peacful flight, and as always, thank you for flying Cross-Atlantic Airline." Adam tighly grasped the arm wrests of his seat and closed his eyes as he held his breath. The lady next to him tried comforting him by whispering in his ear that everything would be alright. "The stewardess and captain fly everyday, and look at them, they're fine sir. You'll be just fine and we'll be in Itlay in no time," said the nice older lady. Adam smiled and nodded at her, feeling reassured he began to fade back into his fantasy of his new home that awaited him across the sea, all the time slowly sinking back into his seat.
Adam awoke several hours later in a daze and was shocked by his surroundings. He was on a plane. "Damn, I forgot I had to get on this plane. Hopefully the flight will be over soon." As Adam began to look around, he was even more astonished. There was nobody else on the plane. Not even the kind old lady that was sitting beside him before, they were all gone. As he treid to get up out of his seat, he was held back by his seatbelt. He struggled to get it unfastened but it was no use, he was stuck. As he pressed the button to call for the stewardess he realized she probabaly wasn't there and he began to get frantic. As he struggled again to free him self from the seat, he heard a strange noise. He pondered on what it could be, but deep down he knew. "Shit the plane's goin' down!" Adam ripped out of the seatbelt and ran frantically towards the front of the plane, but then he realized that no matter where he went, his fate would be the same. He gazed out the window by his own seat, as the dround neared clsoer and closer.
Adam gasped for breath as he quickly shot up in his seat. "What's wrong honey?" asked the sweat old lady next to him." "More flying problems i take it."
Adam rubbed his eyes and looked at her and smiled. "Yes ma'am, just more flying problems is all." Adam didn't want to tell her about his dream, she would think he was crazy. Adam looked around the plane and smiled. We're all alive he happily thought to himself as he saw all the some what familiar faces that he had boarded with. "Italy, here I come," he said confidently.
