Why the revolution was lost...

The sun smiled most unrepenting that day,
the revolution would see a great number of freckles appear,
and with God's help, all join together into a smooth all-over
tan.
The fermented yeast goods were consumed muchly
and yay, there was much gittering amongst the frivolous crowd.
Yonder, a young and lithe student at the 'School of Development
Studies', his head adorned with curiously large strandlets of matted
hair was raising a melody most uplifting...
"Theres no us in the US!"
"Theres no me in America!"
"Theres no I in the United States!"
The lead vocaliser, locked in dread at the sheer force of the uprising
he was provoking,
looked around for support from fellow revolutionaries.
A woman adorned in colourful attire shouted
"There's no Bush in our forests!
Won't find no Bush in our florists!"
Theres was great merriment amongst the gathered throng and it struck
both the lead revolutionaries that now was almost certainly the time to
strike.
The sun sang as loud as anyone and the crowd appeared poised, claws
glinting, skin bronzing, ready to rise up.
The crowds cheered at a chant that lambasted Dick Cheyney
but clouds appeared and the crowds soon cleared as the weather turned
rainy.
