GERM WARFARE by C.A.Jones

I'm huddled in my bath-robe
Fighting off the 'flu';
My head is full of mucus
And my bones are aching too.

I've had three paracetamol
And two large cups of tea;
A lot of garlic was consumed
Last night; Dean cooked for me.

Today I don't feel quite so bad
As I did yesterday;
I think the garlic scared the germs
And sent them on their way.

That's why I'm full of mucus now
And it's why I'm sneezing too,
The germs are abandoning me in droves
And coming after YOU!!!
