Something more (Song/Poem)

This is more of a song that I wrote inspired by Gary Jules - Something Else. I started with taking a few of my favourite lines and the rhythme throughout the piece and came up with this. Poetry with music basically ;) I'll probably record myself singing it when I get the time, not an amazing singer but oh well.
They never tell you,
The truth is subjective.
They never tell you,
The lies…
Living underground…
Trying not to burn
Fall in to the sky,
Jumping through the earth
Letting none despise
Going through my eyes
Not letting in
To the earth.
They never warn you,
It’s hard enough to fall.
They never warn you,
I’m going into the black
Falling.
Into the sky,
Jumping through the ends
Crashing into walls
Letting none fall down
Crossing out their lines
Putting across the air
Pushing over the caste
Not letting in
To the earth.
They never hear you,
When you cry around for Mother.
They never hear you,
When your clinging on the walls
Thinking not to fall,
Letting all in all
Birds of steel flying high
Burning a fire into my eyes
Holding into a blaze
Catching through the air
Not letting into the
Earth.
I always hear them,
Crying for forgiveness.
I always hear them,
Pointing the blame to others
It’s never in front of me
Standing a martyr ready to die
Dying for his crimes
His God told him to
Fix.
Folding into a knife.
Not letting go
Of the Earth.
