Autumn Days

Time passes by like running streams
With daylight thoughts and midnight dreams
Each day a mirror of the last
Each moment far too quick is past,
But one day lies, a whole year waiting,
For such joy and celebrating,
Filled with warmth, smiles and Mirth
In honour of the years since birth,
Many gifts are given gladly,
Food and Wine consumed quite madly,
Ever will our hearts remember,
The laughter shared in late September,
Days will come and Days will go,
Spring will bloom and Winter snow,
But Autumn days will merry be,
For Frodo's birthday there we'll see.
