Once upon a time there was a fairy called Fairy Dainty. She was lovely and petite and slender but fed up because she could do all these things for children but could not stop herself from eating muffins with jam and cream, sometimes salad and salad cream which is less sweeter.
Every time she went by a cake shop her mouth watered and her body was getting fatter and fatter, day by day and week by week. She had a silver crown that hardly fitted and a shiny wand too heavy to lift. Her Red Ballet Dress with white stars and sparkly straps on was getting too tight “ Oh Dear!” she cried “What can I do?” children named her “Muffin” She did not like that name so Dainty went into the shop and asked if they would kindly put the muffins on the lower shelf "Sorry, I can't do that as I have to sell them” .The children could not understand that if she could make their dreams come true why she could not wave her wand and make herself slimmer. Dainty could not bend down and tie her Red ballet pumps up She was so sad but then a thought came to her. I will avoid the quick way to the shop and go for long walks through the park and if puffed out sit on the park bench until I can walk faster. I will then go home back into the garden where children talk to me from their gardens and grant their wishes too by waving my magic wand before they go off to bed to sleep.
I will lose weight and walk around the garden again and again. Soon Fairy Dainty could not just only walk but bend and tie up her Red ballet shoes and she danced around and around every day and every hour children noticed her out again and the transformation, oh so slim, running and dancing again no longer did they nick-name her” muffin” but Fairy Dainty their special fairy who fulfilled their wishes. Now she tried on her red dress again and it fitted. Her wish had come true.
