And thousands with them
Hatred's harvest in this sad fall -
Season of mist and yellow fruitlessness

The fallen seeds
Are sprouting now
Look at the crops from this crude act:
Revenge and fear and callow ruthlessness

Capitalism
Lets many die
From hunger, disease and rude neglect
Retaliation's just hollow uselessness

Islam's accused
But it's not guilty -
Just the madness of a few cruel men?
Let's look at ourselves and hallow truthfulness:

The sin is in us all,
The twins of bigotry and indifference.
