It's quite beautiful to watch the moves these dancing people make
Unaware that those watching can really see
It's so moving to see the real life chances they take
Sometimes I wish it could be me...

Do they know the risks involved, those dancing people, chancing
So much for a few stolen moments away
from the realities of the lives they are playing
When it all ends in tears, what will they say?

Would it be worth it for those dancing people breaking
hearts of those once held near and dear
It's a real disaster in the making
I shout, but they cannot hear

Dancing people how long can you keep on dancing?
Watching you is so beautiful to see
Fascination in your posing and prancing
