The whispers she hears whilst she lies in her bed
of ideas and of thoughts now forbidden
her life was her own now it no longer is
to her Master her soul she has given
Her soul it is safe in His hands this she knows
but the darkness it always brings fears
she wishes that sleep would now take her away
and dry up the last of her tears
She crys not for now but for thoughts of the past
of the pains and the trials left behind
her Master she knows will keep her from harm
but what of the state of her mind
The whispers they call her
they tell her she's fine
accepted by Him now at peace
she closes her eyes for one final time
beyond darkness she finds her release

I think you kept so true to
I think you kept so true to the four-line stanza structure that you need to hold on to it for that last verse also, otherwise this is a dark treat!
