Method Writing

Sometimes the stories I paint
Are of an idealistic fiction
Too perfect to be real
And yet indistinguishable
From the world around me
So they become something to strive after
Or something I deeply regret
Having missed out on
This is the pain of method writing
Of inserting yourself into a situation
To a depth that you pine for it
And wish
And think
It could be real
