We once loved
And then love left
And yet the memory
Of that love
Is all that's left.
For you were once all to me
but now there is nothing
beside what’s been left,
that memory that’s bereft,
which I could wish be gone,
but that is not allowed,
it is not mine to choose,
a memory I cannot lose.

Poignant. Rhiannon
Poignant. Rhiannon
the last line of the first verse, Is all that left is how you want it, is it? Not meant to be Is all that's left
