You will argue that there is
no sound in space and that
a satellite the size of a wheel
barrow could mimic a star
whilst combing the atmosphere.
I talked about crossed wires
and how we might time light
between our two planets. You said
there are more stars in the universe
than grains of sand on Earth.
A fact I looked up on the internet
and found that you might be right again
by at least a multiple of ten.

Surprised that this poem hasn't garnered a few more comments David, I really like it. Written with a simplicity that augments it and that in itself is a mark of quality. This is the first of yours that I have read (I think) but it won't be the last for sure.
