Don't beg, don't read, don't create, just steal
I am a cultural vulture, one who steals,
Never begs or hears your squeal.
All I want is what I need,
I will never listen, never lead,
Unless my interests are being served.
I have stolen from every conceivable place,
From each and every race.
Even the dead, give out there last to me.
Form, shape, or intent,
Means nothing to me.
I just want to cash in
And with glee take the fame promised to me.
Nothing's original anymore, believe me that's when I learnt to
steal.
I never see jealousy, anger or fear.
I'm blind and chose not to hear.
My horizon is never broad,
Blinkered and narrow, I have learned never to be bored.
From within myself and all I have nicked,
The callous, haunting, smaning smile
Makes out I don't care and that I am pretty wild,
And that's true.
For I am a cultural vulture.
I steal, (never create)
In discovery of what I pinch I feel real,
Go on let me steal and you can claw at my exterior Zeal.
Worship me for I am You.
(or so you'd like to believe)
