I'm Not Straight
There's nothing straight about
me
I just want to look my
worst.
I like to wear sloppy
clothing
Baggy underpants and pee-stained
shirts
It doesn't mean I'm
turning
If I do a bit of gardening,
Potter around the shed
It just
means not all gay man are yearning
To emulate a zero
tolerance Judge Dread
(of the
socio-constructionalist cause)
I also like
my football
Roy Keane, Man U the
lot
If it's a choice between that and
Kylie
Well, quite frankly, Kylie should be
shot.
There's nothing straight about
me
It's simply that I love rock
music
Rod Stewart, Queen and The
Darkness
There's something so
machismo
About long hair and big bushy
moustaches
I often go without
washing
Well it seems an awful
chore
I want to be a writer
It's
by that that I've set my store.
I don't want to fit
a stereotype
Of have it thrown in my
face
So why should I bother
To
reassert that the primary cause of any civil rights movement is to
obviate its necessity for existence of which we are a long way from
judging by the smug acceptance of stereotypes which seems to
predominate in our society under the guise of witty little ditties
te-tum
I often don't wear
make-up
Or dress in Calvin Klein
pants
I sometimes don't blow air
kisses
And engage in little bitchy
rants
But there's nothing straight about
me!
I swear I have the proof
It's
my boyfriend called Gary
Who I love and that's the
truth
The gayest thing about
anyone
Is with whom you go to
bed
All the rest is ignorance
And
on that note nuff said.
