I was perusing the tawdry contents of a high street shop window, when a little fellow with greasy trousers sidled up to me and remarked,

"I can't be doing with all this modern trumpery. It's a pain in the arse".

"Perhaps if you refrain from hanging around the public toilets?" I offered.
