I sometimes imagine your face in blue,
Your pallid flesh
with corpse-like hue,
Hanging from a tree like witches do,
I sometimes imagine your face in blue.
I sometimes imagine your face in red,
A wide, open space
between body and head,
All sprayed with blood so I'm sure you are dead,
I sometimes imagine your face in red.
I sometimes imagine your face in grey,
Lipstick and blusher
all faded away,
Maggots ensuring your body won't stay,
I sometimes imagine your face painted grey.
