Dictator's Decor, (or An Ode to Bad Taste) By Joseph Stalin.
Dear Adolf; it seems to me,
as I ponder policy
that you've disturbed my legacy
with your cult of personality.
Concentration camps may be
The horror of your history,
But there is more that bothers me '
Your bad taste in upholstery!
As Russia's greatest chief,
I am led to the belief -
The Fuhrer goes against cahoots
By threatening our style repute.
Reputation blown to pieces,
With your sense of style defeatist
Adolf's army in fatigue,
Supports the anti-fashion league.
The grey of Nazism overrides
Any sense of cultural pride,
And if you look to enemy sides
At least the English bloody tried!
The swastika in red and black
Clashes horribly with flak
And if the British do attack,
It's likely provoked by your plaque!
You're hideous and I can tell
If studied by your clientele
They would send you straight to hell,
Not for your crimes, but for your smell.
Your house is shocking,
Girlfriend stinks,
Your sanity is on the brink -
I've been into your living room,
I've seen your parquet floor,
The pedantry of being you
Must have been a bore
Your rule was camp and rather damp
Your taste was shocking poor,
I still resent your policy
But I hate your moustache more!
