Lost & Found

I lie 
& watch you in your silence,
Serene in your tranquility. 
I listen 
to your breath
rising & falling in time with my heart. 
I kneel
at the altar of your beauty. 
Holding stilted breath, 
Tilting my head in subdued respect,
I watch
warmth radiate from your soul.
I am
the reflection in your eye.
As hands clasp,
I hold 
you, as you 
flow through my veins. 
I touch
your core. We stare. 
Fixated on a dream,
I enter.
We wait. 
Breathing slows , as tears fall across loves' sweet caress.
I sigh
for a life rescued by the fleeting touch of your hand.   
I cry
for those who are lost & found.
