All Alone In A Crowded Room
I’m all alone in a crowded room
Sunny faces everywhere
A pit of darkness in my soul
Fear, uncertainty and never ending gloom
I’m all alone in a crowded room
Voices sent to sooth
Only drive me deeper
And crave the safety of the womb
I’m all alone in a crowded room
Why can’t I reach out to them
And rationalise my fragile fears
Deep inside a personal tomb
I’m all alone in a crowded room
Words are empty
Advice is plenty
None can sooth my dread and doom.

Well described with
Well described with understanding. One hopes the soothing nature of quiet friends around might bring some calmness slowly. And maybe prayer and some comfort in the heart. Rhiannon
